SFI Health appoints Mr Wolf as agency of record
Mr Wolf has been selected to serve as the agency of record across SFI Health’s full healthcare portfolio.

SFI Health has appointed Mr Wolf – the Challenger Brand agency, as agency of record for its healthcare business. The appointment sees Mr Wolf engaged across the full product portfolio including microbiome, cognitive and women’s health – three of the key strategic growth sectors for Australian healthcare.
Mr Wolf partner Michael Stevenson said “Pharma is a category with innovation in its blood. But while other categories embrace disruption, pharma sometimes seems shackled by risk-averse thinking. We look forward to helping SFI Health break this paradigm, not by outspending the incumbents, but with sharper insights and bold, emotionally salient work.”
The appointment comes following a multi-agency pitch process. SFI Health senior brand manager, Michael Tibbles said “We engaged with numerous well-known agencies through a competitive pitch, but Mr Wolf’s understanding of the category and ambition for our brand shone through. Their challenger-brand approach coupled with their deep strategic insights left us confident they were the right partner to drive our brand to future success.”
On the eve of their 11th anniversary, this new client win adds to Mr Wolf’s extensive experience in the pharma space. Mr Wolf Strategic Head and partner Tony Singleton said, “Pharma is such an interesting space. It seems like most of the industry just accepts that to keep the lawyers happy requires everyone to settle for safe but dull thinking that fits within a constrained formula. Unfortunately, this is highly unlikely to drive growth – especially for newer or smaller brands. SFI Health recognised the costs of dull and really wanted thinking that got them away from standard category conventions.”
