‘She’s a natural fit’: Ex-AnalogFolk, Hogarth leader joins Ideally
Creative research platform Ideally has nabbed Kim Le Gras as its new strategic client partner, in an effort to deepen its strategic enterprise client relationships.
Le Gras brings over two decades of experiences across the UK and Australia to the role, most recently as managing partner at AnalogFolk Australia – which was acquired by Bastion earlier this year.
Prior to that, she spent two years at Hogarth as client director, leading Suncorp Group, Vodafone, Dyson, and Woolmark. Previously, she held roles at Optus’ bespoke agency, Yes Agency, DDB Group, The Campaign Palace, and J Walter Thompson, amongst others.
Simon Gawn, head of Ideally Australia, said Le Gras’ experience positions her perfectly to drive growth for the platform, and manage the complex needs of clients.
“Off the back of Ideally’s recent raise announcement, it’s incredible to have someone of Kim’s calibre join the team,” he said.
“As part of the next stage of our growth journey, it was clear we need to establish and grow deeper relationships with our enterprise level clients, so Kim was a natural fit for the job. She is an established leader with a passion for building relationships, and her experience within agency plus working with some of the best and biggest companies in Australia makes her an ideal choice.
“Kim’s appointment gives us the bandwidth for growth and to shape the future of enterprise marketing in the Australian market; plus provides capabilities with global enterprise businesses as we expand our footprint internationally.”
Since launching mid-last year, Ideally has been embedded into the creative processes of more than 115 customers across ANZ, including Asahi, Telstra, Bupa, Nine, Afterpay, and more. The platform has also been used by some of the country’s top creative and advertising agencies including Thinkerbell, DDB, M&C Saatchi, Special, and more.
“I am excited to be joining Ideally at such a pivotal time,” Le Gras said of her appointment.
“The platform’s ability to provide real-time customer insights is revolutionising the way brands and agencies approach creativity and innovation.
“I am looking forward to helping our enterprise clients unlock even greater potential by integrating customer feedback more effectively into their strategies, ensuring we continue to deliver strong campaigns that resonate in market and drive significant growth.”
Le Gras joins other recent additions to the Ideally team, including Anastasia Gorr as release manager and Elliot Wardle as sales development representative.
She will be based in Sydney.
