Shootsta wins a number of new accounts, renews $2.5m in existing contracts

Shootsta has been reappointed to a number of accounts, as well as winning business for new clients such as Shine Lawyers and Glencore.

Global vid tech scale-up Shootsta has renewed over $2.5 million in multi-year contracts with existing clients while also adding a number of new accounts to the business.

Since June, Shootsta has secured local work with global giant Glencore, Shine Lawyers, The National Transport Commission, Northern Beaches Council, Realise Business and Centuria Capital.

In addition, earlier clients including the ACT Government, BHP, Mercy Health, Roche, Axiom and Reece, have extended out their existing contracts for two years or more. Shootsta typically signs 12-month contracts with its clients.

Shootsta works with over 250 companies including The NSW Department of Education, Deloitte, Coles, HSBC, Zuora, AstraZeneca, Samsung and DHL.

“The number of companies we are seeing commit to longer-term arrangements with us is another sign of the maturing market for video and digital content. ” Founder and CEO of Shootsta, Mike Pritchett said.

Launched in 2015, Shootsta provides companies, a professional editing solution, training and resources, a tech platform for uploading and storing video (The Shootsta Hub) and an optional camera kit or the ability to hire camera operators.

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Shootsta has expanded its offering, now helping companies produce podcasts, animations and digital events. Shootsta operates out of five global offices located in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, San Diego and London.
