Siteminder appoints Mark Renshaw as CMO

Australian hospitality customer acquisition platform SiteMinder has appointed Edelman’s former global chair of brand practice,  Mark Renshaw, as chief marketing officer.

Prior to Edelman, Chicago based Renshaw spent 12 years with Leo Burnett in roles including chief digital and innovation officer.

Renshaw is the latest hire for Siteminder which appointed CEO Sankar Narayan in January. Narayan joined SiteMinder after three years as chief operating officer of cloud accounting software giant Xero.

The company also announced the vice president of Open Text, Jonathan Bedford, will joining SiteMinder as Chief Sales Officer in June, to drive SiteMinder’s global growth plans from its London office.
