Sling & Stone adds another 3 accounts to tech portfolio

Sling & Stone has won the communications accounts for healthcare solutions company T-shirt Ventures, cashback platform Cheddar and cleantech platform Greener as each prepares to launch into the Australian market.

Sling & Stone will work with health tech parent company, T-shirt Ventures, to promote business milestones and drive awareness of the company’s brands, Hey Hubble and Provider Choice.

The businesses provide assistance to people living with a disability and long term health needs to navigate the NDIS scheme.

Cheddar, an Australian shopping platform backed by CommBank’s venture-scaling arm, x15ventures, has already commenced work with Sling & Stone, partnering with the agency to deliver its first birthday party.

The platform offers users cash back on every purchase, as well as exclusive deals across tech, fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle. Sling & Stone joins the Cheddar’s roster alongside digital media agency of  record, Ryvalmedia.

For Greener, Sling & Stone will handle critical brand announcements during the company’s pilot phase.

Greener is a tech solution that connects consumers to brands that are offsetting the carbon emissions from their purchases, at no extra cost.

Sling & Stone founder and CEO, Vuki Vujasinovic, said working with early stage startups was a key driver for starting Sling & Stone 12 years ago, and remains a core part of its mission today.

“Our work with these three challenger brands will help shape the future of the way we save money, create a new green economy, and support people living with disability and long term health needs. Cheddar, Greener, and T-shirt Ventures are exactly the types of clients that make it easy to jump out of bed every day to help them tell their story.”

VCCP Business, part of VCCP, acquired Sling & Stone, which has offices in Sydney, Auckland and Los Angeles, in late 2021. VCCP closed its Sydney office in October nearly a decade after opening, however its aquisitions, including Sling & Stone, were unaffected by the decision.

The new accounts join other recent wins for Sling & Stone, including car-sharing platform Turo, women’s health tech Elvie,  AI solution Dataiku, HR platform HiBob and sustainability management solution Equilibrium.
