Sling & Stone wins communications account for Google Cloud
Sling & Stone has brought on Google Cloud as a client.
The agency will be responsible for the brand’s Australian communications targeted at media, customers and stakeholders. Sling & Stone has also been briefed with raising awareness of the benefits of working with Google Cloud Platform, G Suite and Google for Education with customer testimonials.
The appointment comes about after Sling & Stone has utilised the G Suite services in its own business for almost 10 years.
James Hutchinson, global head of business at Sling & Stone, said: “G Suite has powered Sling & Stone since our inception in 2010, allowing us to work anywhere flexibly, and collaborate more closely with our clients and each other. When we got the opportunity to help Google Cloud tell that story, and so many others, we had to jump at the chance.
“We pride ourselves in only partnering with those companies shaping the future around us. Google Cloud fits that brief to a tee, bringing technology that unlocks greater productivity and ultimately new ways to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. In the short time we’ve worked together, the team at Google Cloud has already challenged us to do our best work, and will no doubt push us even further in the future.”
Sling & Stone’s other clients include Uber, the CSIRO’s Data61, and financial institution 86 400.
