Society Marketing Communications has continued its expansion across Sydney and Adelaide offices, with two new appointments and several internal promotions.

The announcement:

Award winning, integrated creative agency SOCIETY is expanding once again across its Sydney and Adelaide offices, with two new appointments and several internal promotions.

Continuing the trend of significant growth over the past two years, the team at SOCIETY will also see the addition of a newly created specialised role to further drive their innovative approach to media, with Sophie Chant promoted to National Media Relations Specialist.

Leading the PR strategy and execution for SOCIETY clients including Violet Crumble and Events SA’s National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, Chant’s extensive PR expertise and media relationships will help drive SOCIETY’s approach to media in a climate where earning media attention requires a more innovative approach than ever before.

Joining the team in Adelaide as Marketing Communications Manager is Tess Martin. Martin joins with a diverse communications and marketing background, with over 10 years’ experience across iconic Australian brands and government projects. She has specific expertise in brand management, project management, copy writing and communications strategy.

The Sydney office welcomes Vanessa Chamoun as a new Marketing Coordinator, and announces two new promotions which will see Maddy Stubbs to Marketing Consultant and Lunetta Hua step up to Marketing Communications Manager. Hua comes from a global PR agency background, joining SOCIETY from Weber Shandwick less than 12 months ago.

Managing Director and Founder of SOCIETY, Dena Vassallo, said the promotions across the agency reflect SOCIETY’s culture of cultivating experiences and opportunities for our people; whether that’s team or clients.

“SOCIETY’s ethos is people-first, and integral to that is the development of our own people. For us, finding new ways to deliver excellence for our clients goes hand-in-hand with providing the best opportunities for growth for our team”.

“In addition to attracting the best talent at all levels, nurturing our in-house staff has been critical to our success. I’m so pleased to announce these exciting changes across the agency and I can’t wait for an even bigger and better 2022 for SOCIETY”, Vassallo continued.
