Spark Foundry appoints Linda Fagerlund as head of strategy
Publicis Media’s Spark Foundry has appointed Linda Fagerlund as its head of strategy.
Fagerlund joins the agency from News Corp where she was on a contract as the group strategy manager.
Prior to her 11-month stint at News Corp, Fagerlund was the communications strategy director for almost two years at Leo Burnett.
Fagerlund said in a statement: “I’m excited to join Sue and the national Spark team as we continue to cement the new brand locally and build client partnerships that extend beyond a traditional media agency into connected experiences using analytics, technology, innovation, PR, content, commerce, and more.”
The appointment comes three months after Publicis rebranded Mediavest to Spark Foundry and three years after Mediavest split from Starcom to become a separate agency.
