Campbell will lead the Melbourne office after Jaffray resigned serveral months ago, later taking up a role at B2B marketing agency Green Hat as its first managing director.

Starcom Australia CEO, Nick Keenan, who has been filling the Melbourne MD role in the interim, said: “The promotion of Nancy, David, and Louise will create a leadership structure that caters for the increasing demands of our product, service, and group marketing solutions for our clients. This sets our agency up for a successful 2022 so that we can continue to not only execute impactful media campaigns, but further our transition to being a digitally-led agency.

“Our goal is to deliver paid media, digital performance and experience design integrations that enhances our clients’ direct-to-consumer platforms and conversion results.”

Lan will now lead Starcom’s ‘People-Powered Growth’ culture in all markets, as well as client service outputs and team resources. Starcom said the expansion to a national role will enable the “market leads to be more product focused”.
