The announcement:

Premium lifestyle communications agency, Stellar Concepts, has revealed a new leadership team and structure, with the return of Sydney public relations identity, Gabrielle Sigelski to the agency she first joined 12 years ago.

Gabrielle comes back as co Director alongside Hayley Cole who moves from her recent role of General Manager to Director. The pair will drive Stellar’s business evolution as it heads into its 20th year in 2017, still independently owned by Founder, Marguerite Julian.

“Gabrielle’s experience running her own agency and more recently her global communications role with Red Bull, arguably one of the world’s most innovative marketers, will be of tremendous benefit to Stellar’s growth with her focus on content development and distribution, digital marketing and brand storytelling,” Julian said.

Gabrielle first joined Stellar in 2004 leaving seven years later to set up Agency G, a highly successful boutique communications consultancy specialising in hospitality, food and beverage. A family move to Austria resulted in her working in an international communications role at Red Bull’s global office for their innovation and social impact project, Red Bull Amaphiko.

Cole, who is about to celebrate her 10th anniversary with Stellar took over the day-to-day running of the business three years ago and has continued to expand the agency’s credentials in the food, beverage, beauty, fashion and lifestyle areas. Her role as co Director will lean more towards client strategy and team development.

Julian said it is extremely heartening to know that two of the longest serving team members will be part of the company’s 20 year celebrations:

“Hayley and Gabrielle demonstrated how well they work together the first time around. In those days they teamed up working on clients in the beauty, liquor, travel and hospitality sectors. This time around they are both older, wiser and have expanded their repertoire across a broader cross section of client experiences.”
