Stellar wins high-end Sydney hotel as client

Award-winning, luxury Sydney hotel, Capella Sydney, is now a client of communications agency, Stellar.

The appointment adds the hotel’s beverage and food establishments, McRae Bar, Brasserie 1930, and Aperture, to Stellar’s hospitality catalogue, effective immediately.

The agency’s work will consist of bringing to the forefront the operations, products and people that go into Capella Sydney’s beverage and food offerings.

Florence Rocca, director of marketing and communications at Capella Sydney, spoke on the new appointment. According to her, the hotel is confident in Stellar’s history and expertise in the sector, and the results that are believed to come from it.

“The stars have truly aligned, and we are absolutely delighted to partner with Stellar to elevate our exceptional food and beverage outlets,” Rocca said.
