Sticky Pictures receives BAFTA nomination for Dennis the Menace and Gnasher series

Sticky Pictures TV series “Dennis the Menace and Gnasher” has been nominated for a BAFTA Award.

The announcement: 

Sticky Pictures is proud to announce that their series “Dennis the Menace and Gnasher” has been nominated for a prestigious BAFTA Award. “Dennis the Menace and Gnasher” will be vying for the Animation Award at the upcoming British Academy Children’s Awards.

Donna Andrews, Sticky Pictures CEO and Executive Producer said; “Sticky Pictures is thrilled to see our production receive this recognition. We share this nomination with our talented team and our fantastic partners including the Nine Network, Red Kite Animation and CBBC”.

“Dennis the Menace and Gnasher” is based on the cheeky but charming flagship characters Dennis the Menace and Gnasher from the Beano comics published by D.C. Thomson and Co. The series, now in its second season, celebrates the irrepressible energy and enthusiasm of childhood with Dennis and Gnasher believing that the world is truly their oyster and that kids should make the rules.

The series has been a huge ratings success in Australia and the U.K. The awards will be announced at a ceremony held at the Roundhouse, London, on Sunday, November 23.
