Strat announces general manager appointment

Natalia Shore is now the general manager of indie agency Strat.

The announcement:

Strat has bolstered its senior leadership ranks with the appointment of Natalia Shore as the agency’s first general manager, a newly created role designed to strengthen operational, creative, digital and media integration.

The appointment follows recent business wins, with DiDi, Amcal Pharmacy and Discount Drug Stores (DDS) joining the agency’s roster, taking its client count to over 20, including Chemist Warehouse globally. The move reflects Strat’s rise as one of Australia’s growing independent agencies.

Natalia brings over 20 years of experience across leading advertising and digital agencies in Australia and London. She has led teams at dentsu, TBWA, AMV BBDO and more, working across FMCG, retail, finance, QSR, tourism, fashion and beauty. She is recognised for her client-centric, people-first leadership style and ability to align agency teams to deliver work that drives both brand and commercial results.

In the new role, Natalia steps in as Strat’s senior driver of performance, leading account management, creative, production and operations to keep the agency scaling while delivering the smart, effective work it’s known for.

Strat CEO, Adam Hilton, said: “We’ve experienced significant momentum across Australia and New Zealand and we knew we needed another strong leader in the mix. Natalia is the perfect combination of creative thinker, operational driver and client champion, exactly the kind of leader to help us take Strat to the next level.”

Strat GM, Natalia Shore, said: “Strat has an impressive track record of growth and purpose, and I’m excited to be stepping in at such a pivotal time. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and creating work that drives real impact. What excites me most is the agency’s global ambition, building on the momentum already underway in Australia and New Zealand.”

Natalia’s appointment is effective immediately and highlights Strat’s growth trajectory as one of Australia’s indies to watch.
