STW acquires majority stake in Buchanan Group

STW Group has acquired 60% of advertorial TV company Buchanan Group.

The announcement:

STW Communications Group Limited (“STW Group” ASX: SGN), today announced the
acquisition of 60% of Buchanan Group, an Australian based global leader in branded
advertising solutions.

Buchanan Group brands include Brand Power™, Zoot Review™, MediFacts™, InfoTalk™,
Adverlife™ and Hometester Club™. Buchanan Group creates programs for blue chip
marketers, spanning television, sampling, point of sale, print, outdoor, radio and all
digital channels.

Buchanan Group operates globally with offices in Australia, Asia, Europe and North
America. Buchanan Group programs have been seen by 2 billion people in 60 countries.
