Suncorp shows kids when to cover up in the sun in outdoor campaign at Brisbane International

Suncorp encouraged children to slip, slop, slap at the Brisbane International tennis tournament with its outdoor sun-safety campaign that turned the children into human sundials.

The campaign, from GPY&R Brisbane, used the kids’ own shadows to show them exactly when they needed to cover up if they were out in the sun.

Suncorp Group’s sponsorship manager Bernadette Norrie said in a statement: “We loved the simplicity of the idea and it was a perfect fit with our Sunwise campaign. There’s nothing new to say about sun protection, so it was great to find a fresh, engaging way to deliver the message.”

It was launched on Suncorp Sunwise Kids Day at the Brisbane International tennis tournament.
