Taylor Swift fans warned against ticket scams as Aussies lose thousands

The ACCC has issued a warning to Taylor Swift fans looking to secure last minute tickets to her upcoming Eras Tour concerts.

This comes after Scamwatch received 273 reports of people being scammed into paying for fake tickets, with Australians losing over $135,000 to the scam so far.

The ACCC warns this figure is likely to continue to rise, with the majority of incidents happening in NSW (114 reports, $54,645 lost) and Victoria (96 reports, $53,607 lost).
