Telstra aims to ‘bring everyone closer this Christmas’

Telstra has launched its 2018 Christmas campaign centred around brining people closer for the festive season.

The one minute ad shows people using Telstra’s products to connect through Facetime, turn on Christmas lights remotely and taking photos and videos together.

The ad shows the journey of families and friends through the Christmas holidays, including getting ready for Christmas by decorating houses although way through to Christmas Day and saying goodbye to family members once the festive period has finished.

The Monkeys is Telstra’s creative agency of record.

The voice over says: “This is the season for Magic. Where we can give old traditions new life. We can make moments good, in ways we didn’t think we could. We can wave hello to our dearest, even when they’re not near us.

“The spirit of Christmas truly alive, as we laugh and we sing and we dance and we Thrive. Bring everyone closer this Christmas.”
