Ten offers first look at The Bachelor

Ten has launched its first trailer for the second season of The Bachelor.

The reality dating show struggled to find an audience in its first outing last year, initially debuting to 669,000 metro viewers.

But as the series progressed it survived a change of timeslots and eventually delivered an audience of more than 1m for the series finale.

The new series, again produced by Shine, sees a group of women competing for Perth’s Blake Garvey.

Ten has not yet revealed a transmission date or day of the week for the show to be broadcast.

(sigh) I dunno. The last series was so watered down and contrived with bits constantly repeated as if we might forget what happened before the ad break, I don’t think I can be bothered watching a second time around.
