Ten picks Gogglebox star Angie Kent as next Bachelorette
Ten has selected Angie Kent, of Gogglebox and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here fame, as 2019’s Bachelorette.
Kent follows last year’s Bachelorette Ali Oetjen, who delivered the franchise its lowest-ever ratings for both an opening episode and finale.
And thus the snake started eating its own tail.
Everyone is entitled to love. Angie is funny, lovely, and looking for love. All I can say is, I’m crossing my fingers that the man of your dreams is on the show. Take your time, enjoy the dates, and then pick the man that makes you giddy. All the best Angie. ??????

I do think this will rate a fraction better than Ali on launch if her personality is anything like the Honey Badger (which I’m assuming it might be, because of her presence Gogglebox) but unfortunately not anywhere close to the numbers Sophie brought in.

For someone who is publicly critical of the show she is about to go on…wow the money must be good as her morals and principals are for sale.
