Ten wins 949,000 for The Biggest Loser winner announcement
Ten had 949,000 metro viewers tune in for The Biggest Loser winner announcement, down from 1.248m for the winner announcement last year, preliminary overnight ratings from OzTam show.
The winner announcement was the most watched part of the program as Ten had 860,000 for the final weigh-in and 650,000 for the main program, which was third in its timeslot from 6.30pm.
However, the show did top the timeslot in the 25-54 demographics, coming second to Seven News but beating Nine News, and its final weigh in segment was fifth, as it helped Channel Ten to a 13 per cent audience share, more than twice its usual share for the past few Sunday evenings.

Seven dominates nine at 7.30: 1.061 m to 1.064m? Perhaps nine scored against the run of play.
Think you will find that that the next 2 weeks minimum is not counted in the years overall rating summary. A chance to run repeats of repeats and get rid of shows not up to the a grade. School holidays and Easter a chance to bury shows for good.
Winning the timeslot was Seven with Sunday Night taking in 1.122m metro viewers, although the network was edged out at 7.30pm with 1.061m for the second part of My France With Manu, a two-part series with MKR chef Manu Feildel.
I dont get this. arent both programs on Seven. how can a network edge itself out?
no Kitchen rules for 2 weeks because this next 2 weeks don’t count as official rating weeks.
