Ten’s director of development Lisa Fitzpatrick has left the network 17 months after joining.

Fitzpatrick moved from Seven to Ten in June last year under Ten’s former CEO James Warburton, who had previously been her employer at Seven.

Her job was to lead all Ten’s domestic productions, excluding news and sport, and to set up Ten’s creative development unit under programming chief David Mott.

Since joining Ten both men have departed, Mott leaving just months after she joined in August last year, with Warburton sacked by the Ten board in February, and replaced by Hamish McLennan.

Mott returned to the industry two months ago as the boss of Channel Nine in Perth.

Fitzpatrick has not yet announced her new role. Her previous experience includes work at Grundy Television, Hoyts Television, and Channel Nine. At Seven she worked on programs such as Home and Away, Dancing with the Stars and My Kitchen Rules.

A spokesman for Channel Ten said: “Her departure was amicable. We thank Lisa for her contribution to Ten and wish her well for the future.”

Ten has not yet confirmed a replacement for Fitzpatrick.
