Ten’s Gogglebox tops entertainment for Thursday night

Ten’s Gogglebox topped entertainment last night, and also topped the 18 to 49 demographic.

For the other demos, Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football topped the 16 to 39 demographic, while Nine News topped the 25 to 54 demographic.

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 10 March, Seven News was the top program nationally with 1.362 million viewers, including 31,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 3%.

The program with the highest uplift in the top 10 was Seven’s late showing of Home and Away, with an uplift of 30%, totalling 855,000 total national viewers with 141,000 viewers on BVOD.

As mentioned, Ten’s Gogglebox topped entertainment with 483,000 metro viewers.

Coming in second was Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football with 473,000 metro viewers. Seven’s The Chase was next with 447,000 metro viewers.

Overall, Seven News topped programs with 855,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6.30 with 811,000 metro viewers.

Nine News was next with 773,000 metro viewers, then Nine News 6.30 with 704,000 metro viewers.

ABC News was next with 581,000 metro viewers.

Nine’s A Current Affairs had 433,000 metro viewers.

ABC’s 7.30 came next with 431,000 metro viewers.

In terms of network share, Seven had the greatest with 32.4%, followed by Nine with 25.6%. Ten followed with 18.5%, then ABC with 15.0%.
