The Bali Bible and Greenpoint enter alliance

Comms agency Greenpoint is aligning itself with The Bali Bible to “help Bali’s tourism and travel brands engage with Australian audiences”.

Melbourne-born communications agency Greenpoint has formed a strategic alliance with Australia’s #1 guide to Bali, The Bali Bible – a move that will help Bali’s tourism and travel brands engage with Australian audiences like never before.

The Bali Bible has had its finger on the pulse of the island’s happenings since 2009, amassing an engaged social media following of over 1.5 million and over 400 tourism and hospitality brands within its clientele.

The alliance will fuse Bali Bible’s intimate knowledge of Bali and Indonesia with Greenpoint’s travel PR, influencer & content expertise to provide a streamlined approach from inception through to execution.

Greenpoint has successfully worked on a number of campaigns in Bali and its surrounds including Meliá, The Mulia Resort, and most recently, has been appointed to Tanjung Kelayang Reserve on Belitung Island.

Greenpoint managing director Ash Denman said there was a visible gap in how complex it is for Indonesian tourism brands to efficiently and cost-effectively market to Australian audiences.

“Australia is Bali’s biggest market by far but there was a clear disconnect on how to market to Australian audiences. The Bali Bible has boots on the ground and a highly engaged network of brands and followers. Now, the team can tap into Greenpoint’s ability to deliver agency services, ultimately transforming and elevating what they’re able to offer businesses in Bali.

“We have come up with a set of packages and solutions for Bali businesses that are simple and effective, encompassing PR, influencer marketing, content, and video production,” said Ash.

“Additionally, The Bali Bible gets inundated with influencer marketing requests but until now, we haven’t had the resourcing to bridge the gap between hotels and influencers, so it is a win-win for both brands,” said Simon te Hennepe co-founder of The Bali Bible.

Beyond PR and Influencer Marketing, the alliance will allow hotel and tourism brands to elevate their social media and content with Bali Bible’s network of on-the-ground content creators plugging into Greenpoint’s agency offering of end-to-end social media management and video production.
