The Conscience Organisation appoints Clare Robinson as managing partner

The Conscience Organisation has appointed ex-Naked communications director Clare Robinson as managing partner as part of an imminent restructure at the engagement agency.

TCO’s founder Clive Burcham said: “We feel very blessed that Clare will be driving us into the next phase which wedges us right up the middle of the broken, traditional ad-agency model”

“It’s a tight squeeze, but I don’t read or hear anyone not wanting a new solution or a better way. There will be new business and restructure announcements soon,” he added.

Robinson arrived in Australia in 2007 to take on a role as planner at MindShare. After three years there, she had risen to associate partner. She joined Naked in February 2010.

Robinson began her agency career as a senior communications planner at Carat in the UK.

The news comes four months after another restructure at The Conscience Organisation, with Tom Philips promoted to managing partner and the launch of a digital planning offering.
