Pearson: Digital planning

Engagement agency The Conscience Organisation has unveiled a restructure which sees strategy director Tom Phillips promoted to managing partner and the launch of a digital planning offering headed by Joel Pearson, who joined from PHD five months ago

The changes come as the agency has also picked up several new pieces of business including taking on content, social media and digital planning duties for BBC World, Uncle Toby’s, NRMA and Channel V.

Meanwhile The Conscience Organisation will soon lose digital strategist Julian Cole who is planning a move to the US.

The moves will see Phillips take on day-to-day responsibilities for running he agency to allow founder Clive Burcham to focus on strategic development.

Burcham said: “Tom has been tirelessly growing our strategic & creative capabilities over a number of years. More recently he has been driving the business vision & is actively broadening our offering and growing our business.”

Burcham added: “Bringing Joel into TCO has already strengthen our Strategic Planning capabilities alongside the leadership of Tom. We have a very very exciting year ahead of us.”
