The Neon Group announces new appointments

The Neon group has announced the appointment of Claire Epps as director and Catherine Simpson as executive client liaison.

The Neon Group is pleased to announce Catherine Simpson has been appointed in the newly created role of executive client liaison for Neon, reporting to co-founder and managing director Peter Taylor.

Taylor said Simpson fills an important position for The Neon Group who aim to provide clients with a one-stop-shop for all their multi-platform needs.

“We have seen a big demand from clients for integrated campaigns that include production, events, design, branded entertainment and web. Catherine has years of experience in brand integrated campaigns and we believe she will be an asset to the company in this new role.”

In her position, Simpson will be responsible for new business acquisitions and representing the service divisions of the Group including Studio 33, Neon Projects and Neon Solutions.

Before her new appointment, Simpson was director of Neon Projects and director of the experiential arm at The Works Creative Agency. She has worked with brands including Panasonic, DEXUS, AHA, Red Bull, BMW, Coopers, Perpetual, American Express and Beam Global.

Stepping into the role of director for Neon Projects is Claire Epps. Epps has over 14 years experience working in marketing, events and project management roles in Australia and the UK. She has worked with both corporate brands directly and for external agencies with clients including McDonalds, Lenovo, Hospira, Allergan, Blackmores, Macquarie, Volvo Car Australia, Vodafone, Nestle Nutrition and Canadian Club.
