Soon after Rupert England joined DraftFCB in Malaysia as ECD, the South African introduced a strict new recruitment policy for its creative department.
“Our strict no-douche policy makes DraftFCB KL a rather nice place to work… You’ll get to work on all sorts of brands, including a leading feminine hygiene product,” England says.
