The Voice wins Tuesday entertainment with 1.165m metro viewers

The Voice Australia brought in an average of 1.165 million metro viewers for Seven on Tuesday, easily topping entertainment and coming second overall only to Seven News.

The program keeps up its run of averaging over a million viewers in metro markets for every episode of the season so far, and also topped the 18-49 and 25-54 marketing demos.

The second-best performer in prime time was Australian Survivor which brought in 682,000 metro viewers for Ten and also kept up its run of winning the 16-39 demographic. Nine’s The Block brought in 591,000 metro viewers.

In other entertainment programs, Home And Away had 690,000 metro viewers for Seven, with The Chase Australia bringing in 626,000.

The Hundred With Andy Lee just cracked the top twenty for Nine with 347,000 metro viewers, while Ten’s The Cheap Seats had 325,000 metro viewers.

Seven News was the #1 program overall, with 1.216 million viewers across metro markets. Nine News had 1.109 million metro viewers.

Seven took an easy network share win with 33.5%, ahead of Nine’s 24.7%, Ten on 19.9% and ABC with 14.4%. Seven was also the #1 primary channel and 10 Bold was the #1 multi-channel.
