“I bring a combination of big brand and agency experience to the role which translates to creative, strategic, insight-based communication aligned to clients’ business needs and contributing to their commercial outcomes.”

Thrive managing director, Leilani Abels, welcomed White to the agency.

“We are delighted to welcome Rachel to the Thrive family. Rachel’s appointment represents our growth in the region and her experience extends Thrive’s diverse capabilities including corporate, policy and brand reputation work,” Abels said.

“Rachel understands the complexities of working with big global, fast-growing brands that are more focused than ever on their purpose, going into 2021. Rachel has led some incredibly creative content campaigns for IKEA and others, that shift the dial when it comes to audience engagement. We are excited knowing the impact she will have on our client portfolio.”

Thrive alluded that White is the first in a number of senior appointments that will be announced in the new year. By the end of the month, the agency said it will also have made 12 new promotions, following a year of investment into training and development of staff.
