Thrive PR expands senior team
Public Relations agency Thrive PR has appointed four new senior team members across its Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland offices.
Gormley has worked with brands including ALDI, Nespresso, Mars and Johnson & Johnson
Kristi McDonough is set to join the Brisbane office as associate director, after an eight year stint in the US where she was the founder and managing partner at Agency Glow.
The agency has appointed both Kim McMillan and Amanda Gormley to the Sydney team as account director and senior account director.
Gormley most recently worked as senior account supervisor at Open Minds for two and a half years, prior to this she was a senior account supervisor at Weber Shandwick for seven years.
Gormley said: “Thrive PR and communications is on an exciting path right now, with a growing and diverse portfolio that will play to my strengths and present new opportunities for growth. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience in food and retail to the role and joining the agency as it embarks on new and exciting challenges.”
Former senior account manager, Kim McMillan has been promoted to account director after working with the company for over two years.
McMillan said: “I’m excited to be part of a dedicated, growing Aussie agency with influence and network across the country, second to none. Working with the best local and global brands each day to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns is just the icing on the cake.”
Lucinda East joined Thrive PR earlier this month, where she will lead the New Zealand office.
