Use advertising to get the economy moving
If the recovery program includes provisions promoting job creation, renewable energy and infrastructure improvements, couldn’t it also include at least a little something to help businesses advertise more?

I agree the economy would move as the margin for advertisng campaigns are products that are “created” and yield higher profit margins vs. tangible products – so the core is there for a real shot in the arm for the economy while we promote and advertise the tangible products – it is a win ..win.
