Vivaki hires Ten’s Sarah Keith to head trading unit

VivaKi Australia has hired Ten executive Sarah Keith to lead its trading unit.

The announcement: 

VivaKi Australia has announced the appointment of Sarah Keith to lead its trading unit and to oversee future technologies and marketplace strategies.

Keith has more than 20 years’ experience in media and communications, and joins VivaKi from her most recent position at Network Ten as Head of Revenue Strategy.

In her new role, Keith will work closely with the Publicis Groupe agencies’ client portfolios including Starcom MediaVest Group Australia, ZenithOptimedia and Razorfish to oversee and manage all of the Groupe’s trading deals. The role includes providing leadership on future technologies and determining marketplace strategies.

VivaKi Chair, Australia and New Zealand Kevin Malloy said: “We are delighted to have someone of Sarah’s calibre join us. She shares our vision of where the industry is heading and the need to be future facing.”

SMG Australia CEO Chris Nolan added: “Sarah will be a great addition to our team, leading our commercial and technology partnerships.”

Keith said: “I am excited to be joining a global leader in digital advertising solutions. VivaKi is driving the usage of data, analytics and technology to support and add value to clients.

“My role will be to ensure we are building on the existing skills and implementing world-class technology, products and trading practice in this market.”

Keith’s appointment will be effective on June 22, 2015.
