Westwick-Farrow locks in deal with Swimming Pool and Spa Association

Westwick-Farrow Media’s Pool + Spa Magazine has locked in a partnership with the Swimming Pool and Spa Association of Australia (SPASA) to offer a unified voice for readers.

WF Media will produce Pool + Spa Magazine quarterly, with the new partnership including an annual Awards edition, and other special publishing projects.

As part of the partnership, Pool + Spa Magazine will be mailed to all SPASA members as well as existing Pool + Spa subscribers and distributed at industry events.

Industry Roundtables involving Pool + Spa editor Alice Richard and advertising manager Ivan Cunningham inviting industry leaders to provide a voice on key industry challenges will continue as part of the content offering.

WF Media’s publisher Geoff Hird said the partnership will help the industry association focus more directly on members and lean on the publication for “support and advice” in content and communications.

“As B2B media, and business in general, continues its reinvention, we feel it is more important than ever to work closer with industry bodies to provide increased value to their members, our readers and the advertisers and sponsors that support both,” said Hird.

The partnership follows on from the publishers’ partnership deal with the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation, which has helped the National Safety magazine more than double its ad revenue in the last six months.

WF Media and SPASA’s partnership will commence in the Spring edition of the publication, running in late August.
