Dr Mumbo was intrigued by a half page advertisement placed in the Australian Financial Review by the Australian Government Trade Measures Review Officer concerning a batch of toilet rolls from China.
The advertisement was to notify the public of a review of a decision “to publish a dumping duty notice”.
