Dr Mumbo is a fan of using leftovers and, so to, it seems, are our mates at Woolies.
The Fresh Food Folk have sent chef Jamie Oliver in to bat for Christmas again with some tips on how to use Christmas leftovers.

“A beautiful summer feast, but you know what, tomorrow there’s bound to be some leftovers that could become makeovers,” Oliver offers up in his chirpy manner.
Woolies has branded the ad a “Christmas Leftovers” promotion on its Youtube channel, but Oliver cannot bring himself to utter the “C” word, meaning Woolies will have the chance to use it well after the traditional December 25th use by date.
It’s a tactic Bond’s has also used in its Christmas campaign that dares not actually mention Christmas.
Woolies, reducing food waste and ad waste by making the most of leftovers.
Merry Summer Feast everyone!
