X Factor falls below 1m

Seven’s talent contest The X Factor has fallen below 1m viewers for the first time, delivering ratings of just 938,000 for last night’s elimination show.

According to preliminary overnight metro ratings from OzTam, The X Factor was 15th for the night.

It was comprehensively beaten in the 7.30pm timeslot by Ten’s Junior Masterchef which rated 1.236m and by Nine’s double episodes of Two And A Half Men which rated 1.105m and 1.155m.

Ten’s Undercover Boss Australia, which featured holiday park boss Ray Schleibs, rated 1.188m, seventh for the night

Meanwhile, Seven’s repeat of last week’s Packed To The Rafters featuring the death of Mel Rafter clocked up 459,000 viewers.
