Yahoo7 appoints new sales directors

Yahoo7 has appointed a new sales director for NSW and Victoria and Queensland.

The announcement:

Yahoo7 has appointed Clare Rudduck to the new role of NSW Sales Director and Rachel Page will become Sales Director for both Victoria and Queensland. Rudduck and Page will report directly to Paul Sigaloff, Chief Revenue Officer and take a seat on the Senior Leadership Teams for both Yahoo7 and its commercial division.

Page joined the company from Pandora to lead the Victorian sales team earlier this year and Rudduck previously managed Yahoo7’s relationship with Group M in NSW and will celebrate a decade with the company in 2018. The internal promotions and refreshed sales team structure signals a move towards greater state-based commercial leadership for Yahoo7, that will benefit both advertisers and agencies with a more targeted approach.

The company’s AdTech business has also been bolstered with the integration of the sales teams for leading programmatic platforms, Brightroll and One by AOL. This new team is headed up by Yahoo7’s Liz Adeniji and will operate in market under the banner of Oath Platform Sales.

“The changes to our Commercial Senior Leadership Team bring a fresh sense of energy and drive to the division and these internal appointments are testament to the high calibre of talent thriving within our organisation”, said Sigaloff.

“I am thrilled to be going to market in 2018 with a team which includes the unrivalled breadth and depth of expertise that Clare, Rachel & Liz will bring, to deliver even better results for our agencies and customers. I’m also incredibly excited to be announcing a raft of new products and initiatives in the new year”.

Sigaloff also thanked Paul Bates, National Agency Sales Director since 2016, who is departing the company early next year.

“Batesy has been an integral part of the team and a much-loved leader at Yahoo7, who has brought great value to both our clients and our people. I wish him all the very best in his new role”.
