Y&R’s Michael Hyde joins Cummins & Partners as head of brand strategy

Y&R’s planning director Michael Hyde has joined Cummins&Partners as its head of brand strategy.

Hyde spent five years as a planning director at Y&R after his seven month stint as Carat’s head of business strategy.

Throughout his career he has also held positions as a senior strategy planner at Clemenger BBDO and as a strategy planner at Mediacom.

“The stars aligned around an opportunity to join an independent agency that has both media and creative in its DNA and is enjoying massive momentum at the moment. I’m looking forward to being able to make a contribution to the agency, its culture and client’s success.”
