Zenith appoints Vikki Pearce as Melbourne head of digital

Zenith has announced the hire of Vikki Pearce, who’ll join the media agency as its new head of digital in Melbourne. She fills the role left vacant by Joshua Lee after he was promoted to national head of digital and data late last year.

Pearce brings over 15 years of digital experience to the Publicis Groupe agency, and will report to  Lee.

Most recently working as a programmatic strategy consultant for Interplay Media and Cybersec People, Pearce has also worked in leadership roles across digital for Amazon, Dentsu, and Amnet Programmatic Experts, where she served in roles including head of programmatic and commercial at Dentsu, and as head of commercial and programmatic investment in ANZ for Amnet.

Pearce also spent time with Havas Digital, Adconion Media Group and Microsoft.

In her new role, she will oversee operations for Zenith’s digital vision, while her remit will also include ongoing product developments. Pearce will work closely with Melbourne clients to solve their digital problems now, as well to drive their future growth across digital and social activations.

Lee said he is excited for Pearce to bring her wealth of experience to the Melbourne team.

“I’ve known and worked with Vikki for a number of years now, and I am incredibly excited that she’s joining Zenith to lead our Melbourne digital team.

“Her wealth of experience and digital leadership within the programmatic and ad tech space is essential for our clients in an increasingly complex landscape.”

The hire comes shortly after Zenith Sydney hired its own new head of digital, with Laura Boatman joining from Vizeum where she was group digital and technology director.

Pearce will commence at Zenith this month.
