Zenith wins City of Melbourne’s media account

Zenith has been named as the media agency of record for the City of Melbourne, appointed to handle strategy, planning and buying following a tender process involving a number of undisclosed agencies.

The agency, which sits within Publicis Media, has previously carried out project work for the City of Melbourne, and now has responsibility for all campaign media activity.

“We’re delighted to be partnering with the City of Melbourne as their media agency of record,” said Zenith Melbourne’s GM, Megan Kay.

“The rich diversity of the city, with its thriving business, tourism, arts and cultural community, makes it an exciting and dynamic brand to work with.”

Melbourne won the title of the world’s most liveable city for seven years in a row from 2011 to 2017.

Earlier this month, Toby Barbour was promoted to become Publicis Media’s CEO.
