Independent creative network ZOO Group has hired a new Executive Creative Director, Paul Bruce, previously at The Monkeys and a new Head of Client Service, Will Reynolds, previously at M&C Saatchi, for its Sydney agency.

Founder of ZOO Group, Pawl Cubbin, said, “Bringing on these two highly experienced industry heavy weights is part of ZOO Group’s continuing strategy to attract the best talent. They both have an impressive track record and considerable experience which will greatly benefit our clients across the entire ZOO Group network.”

“What sets ZOO Group apart is our unique business model that helps to not just attract amazing talent, but also to increasingly produce high quality work. The heads of our agencies and our Executive Creative Directors are all equity partners of ZOO Group; they all have skin in the game so to speak.”

“As a result, the company has an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit that is focused on challenging each other to find the new better in everything they do,” added Mr Cubbin.

As a marketing and advertising specialist with over 12 years of experience, Will Reynolds was attracted to ZOO Group to help influence the agency’s growth strategy and break from the hierarchical world of the corporate media industry.

“ZOO Group has an amazing vision and purpose that I had to get on board with. I’m looking forward to partnering with new clients and helping them to achieve their goals. I want to make a real difference and help shape this agency’s future,” said Reynolds.

Will previously worked as a Group Account Director at M&C Saatchi where he worked with CommBank on its award winning CAN brand platform and also with Steggles.

Also joining ZOO Group Sydney is Paul Bruce who takes on the role of Executive Creative Director and will be responsible for building a young and successful creative department.

“I look forward to producing the strongest creative and most effective work at ZOO Group Sydney and creating a fun and passionate place for people to come to work,” said Bruce.

Prior to ZOO Group, Bruce worked his way up the advertising industry from Mother in London to PublicisMojo, The Glue Society, then BMF to The Monkeys, showcasing his creative talent and directorial skills.

ZOO Group Sydney continues to attract the best talent in the media industry to help solve its client’s problems, and work towards a creative and individual solution.
