Carlton Dry to cover rent and bills for a year in on-pack promotion
Carlton Dry is offering tenants of five share houses around Australia the opportunity to live rent and bill free for a year through an on-pack promotion.
The Shout A Share House promotion will see the winners awarded with up to $2,500 a month for rent, $200 a month in utility bills, Foxtel for 12 months, a wireless hifi system, unlimited music streaming, a Sony Bravia 40″ TV, Carlton Dry bar fridge and beer for a year.
Group marketing manager for Carlton Dry at Carlton United Breweries said: “Carlton Dry is all about enabling our drinkers to live for the moment. We’re giving five groups of Aussies the chance to live the dream rent free in luxury for a year. That cash injection, along with the beer, should help them have a pretty good 12-months, freeing up their funds so they can enjoy the fun things in life.”

If you are living in a sharehouse these are exactly the sort of things (beer and rent) you should be putting your money into. They can spend the money left over on wine (or more expensive Foster’s beer). But seriously, nice one Carlton- JC @ permitzgroup.com
This “share a house” competition doesn’t cover families living in their own home but they do have a time period where you can change your circumstances to ensure you can claim the prize!
Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:
occupy a dwelling in Australia that they:
do not directly or indirectly own any interest in;
are not a mortgagor of;
are not a guarantor of a loan relating to;
are not a beneficiary of a trust holding any interest in;
pay rent to a third party for; and
live in with 2 or more other Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over that are not their parent/s, child/ren, spouse (including de facto spouse) and/or legal guardian/s; or
plan to meet all of the criteria in (a) above within 2 months after the major draw date (or plan to do so if they win a major prize), provided that if requested by the Promoter they supply evidence to the Promoter’s satisfaction, within 1 month of the major prize draw date, that they will meet those criteria (including having entered a binding commitment, e.g. a lease, to move into such a dwelling) within 2 months after the major draw date.
