Shop A Docket appoints digital content strategy manager

Coupon media provider Shop A Docket has appointed a new digital content strategy manager. Julian Olencewicz moves to Shop A Docket from Digital Camera Warehouse where he was online marketing manager.

Coupon based media provider, Shop A Docket, has appointed Julian Olencewicz to the role of Digital Content Strategy Manager. Julian will oversee the continued development of their new look website and the soon-to-launch mSite.

He joins the company with a wealth of online marketing experience gained across a broad range of agency and client side roles. Julian was heavily involved in developing the international digital marketing strategy for Macquarie University.

More recently Julian was the Online Marketing Manager for Digital Camera Warehouse. He has worked for several web design agencies on client projects including Supre, Wanted Shoes, Matt Blatt furniture, RAMS Home Loans and ahm Health Insurance.

Simon McCord, MD and founder of Shop A Docket said these dot-com efforts promise to deliver market-leading offers from advertisers to consumers online.

“Julian will provide the business analysis that will be driving results for our new online product,” Simon explained. “His campaign management skills and in-depth experience in online marketing and analytics will help Shop A Docket provide cost effective digital marketing solutions for our stakeholders.”

Shop A Docket has recently transformed their online portal, showing off its new look after months of developing its robust functionality and features. The improvements give users immediate access to local deals, consumers also have the ability to utilise the new docketbook to either save their favourite coupons for redemption later or conveniently print their coupons at once.

The new mSite will give consumers the ability to utilise their mobile phone as a form of currency. This mobile technology will give consumers far greater access and flexibility to find and use offers. It will also give retailers online statistics for each deal.
