3PM appoints former Nova exec Ben Scutts as state manager
Former Nova Entertainment group sales manager Ben Scutts has joined 3 Phase Marketing (3PM) in the newly created role of state manager.
Scutts will lead key client relationships at the digital marketing agency, with the support of senior management and a mandate to drive growth across the country.

Scutts comes into the role with 15 years experience in above-the-line media, digital and social. During his two and a half years with Nova Entertainment, Scutts was responsible for a $10 million media portfolio across six markets.
He previously held roles with Fairfax Media, Machines4u.com.au, Sensis and more.
Scutts said he’s admired 3PM’s reputation in the market for a number of years now, and is looking forward to achieving positive ROI’s for his new clients.
“3PM’s outstanding reputation in the market is something I’ve always admired, but it was actually the team that got me over the line,” he said.

3PM was founded in 2015 by Tamara Alaveras and Sonia Majkic. During 2020, 3PM delivered digital projects for Bowens, Sexyland and Prahan Market.
