Another busy few hours in Aussie adland: The Lying Down Game, clothes pegs and the Facebook tattoo
Agency life is tough. What with the downturn, and having fewer staff, there’s barely a spare minute.
So Dr Mumbo salutes media agency Frank Vizeum’s strategy team for squeezing in a few seconds in their busy day to lie face down on the pavement to spell out the agency’s initials.
They explain why, in the agency blog. What do you mean you haven’t heard of The Lying Down Game?
And then comes The Conscience Organisation’s Tom ‘Confidence’ Philips. Dr Mumbo has been fortunate enough to come into possession of video footage shot at the agency on Friday night.
It features the British content planner seeing how many clothes pegs he can clip to his face. Presumably, just because he can.
And of course, there’s Julian Cole of the Population. Disapopointingly, there does not, at this stage, appear to be photo evidence that he went through with his pledge to get a Facebook tattoo at the weekend, after his colleagues successfully persuaded 500 people to sign up to a fan page for him.
Whoever claims that agency people have too much time on their hands?
