ARN appoints Brisbane sales director – direct

The Australian Radio Network has appointed Jonathan King to the role of Brisbane sales director – direct. King comes across from Scoopon.com.au

The announcement:

The Australian Radio Network (ARN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan King to the role of Brisbane Sales Director – Direct.

Jonathan will join ARN on Monday 19th November and will report to David Hefter, National Sales Director – Direct.  Jonathan will be responsible for leading the Brisbane Direct team and will also be part of the Brisbane Market Leadership team.
With Jonathan’s wealth of experience, this is a significant appointment for the Brisbane market as ARN continue to drive both revenue and market share performance.

On joining ARN, Jonathan says “I’m really excited to be joining the market-leading team at ARN and working to ensure the direct channel continues to maximise campaign effectiveness through close alignment with our client group and by taking a fresh approach to market.”

Jonathan has worked in the Media industry for over 8 years and during his career has worked in many senior sales roles. Jonathan has previously worked as the State Manager VIC/TAS/WA for Realestate.com.au, the Market Development Director of Fairfax Media and most recently as the QLD State Manager for Scoopon.com.au.
