Bashful hires Matt Langler and Ana Lynch

Youth-focused agency Bashful, which launched about eight months ago, has hired another two staff.  

The announcement:

Creative and strategic agency, Bashful, has this week announced the appointment of two key senior staff members to their Sydney and Melbourne offices.

Account Director Ana Lynch, and Strategic Planner Matt Langler have joined the Bashful team, based on the addition of clients such as Goldwell, Bloch and General Pants Co. to its youth and popular culture skewed portfolio.

Matt will work closely with Bashful co-founders Simon Bookallil and Emil Vrisakis in the Sydney office to help grow the business in terms of client acquisition and service offering.

From his role with Modular, where he partnered the record company’s artist roster with brands such as Ksubi, Lee Jeans and General Pants Co., to his consulting work as Marketing Director for the newly established V Festival Australia, Matt has had a wealth of industry experience. Matt has most recently worked as Business Development Manager for Right Angle Studio, publishers of Australia’s leading online sub cultural guides – The Thousands City Guides.

Ana will lead the agency’s Melbourne client base, which also includes Jacqui E and Metalicus.

Ana has most recently been working with Grey Group in Melbourne, heading up Procter and Gamble’s beauty portfolio for Australia and New Zealand. Over a four year period Ana has helped launch over 20 products and spearheaded several commercial innovations across brands such as Jag, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Dolce and Gabbana and Lacoste.
