BCM wins Hardy Brothers

BCM has been appointed to handle the advertising account of Hardy Brothers Jewellers, replacing incumbent Junior.

The announcement:

Jewellery retailer Wallace Bishop Group has appointed BCM to its Hardy Brothers Jewellers account.

BCM already looks after their Wallace Bishop retail brand and their watch brand Loyal.

The Hardy Brothers account incumbent is Junior.

Hardy Brothers Jewellers is a premium brand with stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.

Hardy Brothers Jewellers was established in Hunter Street, Sydney in 1853 by John and Sam Hardy. Since then, the Hardy Brothers name has been synonymous with quality.  In 1929 Hardy Brothers Jewellers Australia was appointed jeweller by Royal Warrant to His Majesty, King George V. Hardy Brothers has served all sovereigns since and remains the only jeweller in the Southern Hemisphere to hold the Royal Warrant.

Hardy Brothers has also been the proud manufacturer of the hand-crafted 18ct gold Melbourne Cup for over 25 years.

BCM has worked on the Wallace Bishop Jewellers account since the late Seventies.

“Hardy Brothers Jewellers is without doubt Australia’s most prestigious jeweller.  We’re delighted that Wallace Bishop have entrusted us with this special brand” commented BCM Managing Partner, Paul Cornwell.

“It consolidates the long term relationship with Wallace Bishop which now stretches to over 30 years” he added.

BCM starts work on the account immediately.
