BeIN extends exclusive La Liga broadcast rights for Australia ahead of season kick off

BeIN SPORTS will remain the home of Spanish football in 11 markets across Asia-Pacific until the end of the 2026-27 season after extending its La Liga broadcast rights.

The Qatari sports and entertainment company has held the rights to all 380 league games since 2015.

“We are delighted to extend our contract with LALIGA with two significant multi-year deals across 34 countries,” beIN Media Group CEO Yousef Al-Obaidly said.

The 2024-25 La Liga season promises to be an exciting chapter in Spanish football, kicking off on August 15, with 20 teams competing in a total of 380 matches.

The season will feature high-profile narratives, including Kylian Mbappé’s debut for Real Madrid and the impact of new FC Barcelona coach Hansi Flick.

Fans can also anticipate two thrilling El Clásico clashes between Real Madrid and Barcelona, showcasing top talents such as Jude Bellingham, Lamine Yamal, and Nico Williams.
