Bingle Insurance has moved from a skydiving chimp to a a magician cutting a woman in half in its latest campaign to show how easy it is to get a quote.
Created by The Monkeys, the ad sees a woman being cut in half by a magician, during which she gets a quote for Bingle car insurance from her mobile.

In January the insurer relaunched with a campaign from newly appointed agency The Monkeys using a chimp called Joni to demonstrate how easy it is to get a quote.
The campaign drew the ire of many viewers who were concerned a real chimp had been thrown out of a plane. As it was a CGI’d animal the Ad Standards Board dismissed the complaints.

If it’s so easy, why not demonstrate this in real-life scenarios instead of these stupid made up ones nobody believe?
